Thanks David for your comment. This shot was taken without a tripod, just resting the camera on the ground and proping up the lens with what ever was around

Yes, no tripod. So had to be creative.

Just resting the camera on the ground, and proped up the lens with a flash card holder.

:-)

without a tripod? now that is nice! hahaha... if I try that without a tripod two things can happen, one is simple a black photo (fast exposure) and the other just a wonderfull abstract lol...
complements!

Not too bad without a tripod, there was a guy next to me at the time taking a shot also and he had a tripod.

I was very happy with the reflections and details, thank you very much for leaving a comment

No, just resting the camera on the ground, and proped up the lens with a flash card holder.

But good news, I have just replaced my tripod just for you Keith :-), and am going to tribute a shot to you, taken on this tripod very soon.

While I was there it was so frustrating not having a tripod with me.

Excellent shot, impressive, night shot and good lighting on building always can give increadible reflections and so here... plus element of course the special type of the building about the architecture AND about the memorial - history that it present... excellent of course!
