Thanks a lot for the nice and detailed comment, Gustavo!
So we also have again two diametrically opposed view, since Alex suggested a different relation to the surroundings. I think that I can justify both views, yours being closer to abstraction, and Alex' being closer to reality. One question would be then if both could be somehow combined.
Thanks a lot!

Thanks a lot for the nice and detailed comment, Yazeed! The column stood under a stronger light than the the gallery as it was standing right on the corner of the building. I think that this is why it got more exposed. I found that a good contrast to the background, but now I also think about what would it look like if it was not as highlighted. I'll have to try some more under different light some day.
Thanks a lot again!

Thanks a lot for the nice and detailed comment, Alex!
Composition is indeed a very important point. So, what way could the balance be better? Move the main object away from the center, or a different zoom, or both? I have the impression that since the main object is the capital, I could also go all the way and zoom even closer.
Cheers!

Me gusta mucho el encuadre que elegiste y la columna centrada, la foto toma un carácter abstracto muy interesante.
Bravo!

Truly wonderful subject and composition distinct. Although exposure was significantly column. However, it has contributed to highlighting the beauty of the archs in the back. And showed beautiful color. Regards ............

The detail is not the problem I thing that you should be more careful placing your main object to be in balance with the surroundings is a mistake I do also some times. Keep up the good work Alex
