Wonderful DOF blurry foreground, blurry background, a bit of brightness in the middle. There are two ways to handle this shot. I like Ed's suggestion because it is my style but...I think there is something to this - a sense of place, space, and movement.
by the way, Ed is right "color on a rainy day" is a beautiful idea...
Nice, but I think it would be better from a vantage point that did not include the buildings. Just cropping this to eliminate the buildings seems to me to be an improvement. I like the "color on a rainy day" idea.
