Hello Soumya,
This is really a great execution to this wonderful look byt the lady, the expressions has been well captured..is it from the vintage car rally..??...however I find this image a bit soft so am trying out a workshop for you...do let me know how u like it..!
THE WORK FLOW in Photoshop;;;
1)cropped from the left side
2)sharpened the image twice
3) blurred the lady in the bg with a flow of 100 to make the lady in fg prominent
4) colour balance(yellow reduced by 5%, red increased by 5% and blue by 2%)
5) clone stamped the anomalies created by two sharpenings
6) added a broad frame..!!
