The best I can determine, this is the Marsh Skullcap which is very common along the Chilliwack/Vedder River. Correct me if I am wrong about the ID.

well now these are unique flowers!!! special kind, first time viewed by me! very nice details Eb and most of all, excellent ballanced exposure so even the brighter parts of the petals looks well and NOT overexposed as the most of the white parts of flowers looks like on photos...
