thank you Sudhir for taking notice of little details. Im quite satisfied that the water drops came out that way, it is not photoshoped I just tried to bring out the roundness of the droplets by not focusing on them.

Amazing effect of a dreamy/blurry shot! What is intriguing is the almost-identical size and shape of all the droplets!! There is no heterogeneity in them....Was it just accidental or photoshopped-in!? Great shot nevertheless!

Usually images like this through a glass pane are focused either on the raindrops or the scene behind, it's interesting how you have defocused the whole image. I think it works very well, along with the composition.
