wow, a fast lap through your portfolio and i realize i have to put on my Tuscan sunset cap to fully appreciate your work. None of this moody artsy craftsy b&w for you, nooooooooo..just color, color and more color! Your images drip pigment and light. i'm nailed to these flowers and fruits..i want to smell them and touch them they are so rich. i like the blur...as was said, it contributes to an old world feel of this photograph. i do think the blur might need a bit more blending on the right side of the flowers, right above the wood..the vase looks strange, as if it's not sitting flat on the doily..is that my imagination? But the good part..honestly i can't take my eyes off the delicious color..and the texture of the wood and the doily with the fruits and flowers..it really is beautiful. You created so much atmosphere and timelessness in this image..regards: kat~

I love this one. I like the colors and the soft lighting which makes the edges so soft. It looks like a painting. :)

Marty, the blur contributes to an old world mood. The colors are sweet, springlike, and cheerful. which makes me think of the future, and the blur, composition, and lighting make me think of the past. To me the composition seems a little right heavy. I wonder, did you shoot any pics with the flowers only?
Marilia is right, mom has some nice crystal! (as well as a nice flower garden!!)

Hi M.A., mom has a really good crystal:) Excellent still life but I have to agree with Chris. Maybe the blur was too much. Beautiful anyway. Marilia

Nice, rich colours. Not sure about the blurring round the edge of the flowers.
