well, it depends on which resolution your image has and in which size you want to print it out. If you save it in high modus, you will become a high res. print! Just try it out!

And one more question.If I want to print my image, which I usually do, is the resolution good enough , or I will see nothing but pixels when printed?I am a beginner , my question may be stupid, but I really don't know what the result be in a printed version of the photograph.Thank you in advance for replying my note.

It's actually very easy! No, i didn't make the pins by myself. I'v just found an old paper texture in google and copied it as a new layer into the background. startlingly i can't find the texture at google or on my PC anymore!!! So, i could send it to you.
just try to look after old textures in google..you will sure find something what you like!
