mmm, yo la encuentro muy contrastada, una luz muy dura que deja oculto uno de los ojos, eso siempre debe evitarse en un retrato, me quedo con la versión a color.

I prefer the version you posted. the light is seen very well, though a little overexposed. I know it is hard to manage it at this light but what you could have done is choose another angle with a dark background so that you could create more contrast and then maybe chose a faster shutter speed to preserve details overexposed! But i like the choice and model,
