Oh poor man:-((( Noone ever knows why some people give up their dignity and will to live and end like this, but we must never ignore such persons and accept that as part of life.

wow! very revealing shot. So much to see and understand just by this one image.
He is acutally quite muscular for a homeless man but you can see the illness that he most likely has because of the exterior of his skin etc...
sad but true... yes, I agree.
