Bleak and forbidding landscape but with a strong beauty. It's good to see you've chosen to get away from what everyone expects to see of Easter island - I always suspected there was more to the place than the statues.

What a shot my friend. Hard to believe this is digital. You look at this image and you sort of understand why there so much mystery and secrets surrounding the island. I've been fascinated by it for years due to a book I read long time ago. Forgot the title and author but I'll check it out. But why read it if you have been there!

Oh I adore this photo! Absolutely wonderful and deserted landscape. I like how the path brings me into the scenery and takes me to the volcano. Excellent contrast. I´ve always dreamt of going to the Easter Island and Galapagos. How fortunate you are, Txules:-)

This is a fabulous shot - it has the feeling of a woodcut. I would perhaps prefer just a little more space above the volcano, though.
