Hi Dave,very tasty shot! I like your use of the sunlight, colours look great. Got to disagree with Tab's crop tho,(sorry Tab!)it's too tight,loses the impact of the jars,prefer your original. :)

Hi David!, great colour & very muchly wanting to eat pickled onions now! Could I make a suggestion about your lighting, if you are able to bounce your flash on an angle rather than straight on, then you shouldnt get the glare off the glass.. or try a tissue over the lens.. also hope you dont mind, but I cropped this for you to see also ;O) Warm regards ;)

Hi Noemi. No the onions are not spicy but we soak them in salted water for 24 hrs then add a solution of vinegar spices chillies ginger salt sugar that makes them hot and spicy. Cheers Dave
