Doesn't look like you were driving into the nicest weather. I love the intensity of the clouds and the contrast of the yellowy plains - however, in my oppinion, in a shot like this you either need a focal point - i.e. some house, tree or something on the plains, or else just vast emptiness - i.e. eliminate the power poles and the trucks. It would be quite simple to do in PS and I think would greatly enhance the effect of the image.
