Wasn't it: "The minds from there emigrated thousands of years ago also taking away any laughter and good will."?
Now, did they emigrate or not? Or... both at the same time?! :-/

And they failed to bring civilisation into some lands, as it seems...

Hello man from the land of mice. The minds from there emigrated thousands of years ago also taking away any laughter and good will. Now let me cook some nice potatoes! Møjn

What you say...
Well, I come from the land of minds and so I have to really wonder, how one can consider... *hovering* (not hanging) potatoes (!!!) as usual material for making... nice dishes.
Really no wondering why/how they hover when there is something called gravitation? - you know, that thingie that makes us think we need a diet! ;-)
Anway, enjoy your nice dish while others make another nice dish, called wondering and thinking, which is apparently not digestable by everybody, but upon which any civilisation is based, that is able to cook any nice dishes out of... hovering potatoes!!???? Wow! And what about the sauce? Does it hover too?
Hovering potatoes, and see you in some lightcenturies,
Nick

I come from the land of potatoes, we have them in our mouths when speaking or so Iīve been told, we eat them, we make figures of them so potatoes hanging in the air is not crazy to me - I would immediately think of a way how to slice them, make a nice dish of them without hurting anyone passing underneath hehe. Big alien rocks in thin strings on the other hand- now that is scarry stuff and indeed something that makes the mind create stories. Potatogreetings Annemette

Thanks a lot for the extended comment on the image and the "potatoes" Annemette! They are not as huge as they seem to be on the image, so if you find them huge it had at least some partial success.
But, a huge "potato" hovering over your head in your house out of apparently no reason would be less strange to you than if it were hanging on a wire from the roof?
I didn't find it hard to decide what to do but rather quite attractive because of its unusual look on that day. It went in my mind right into the graphic novel niche, detective comics and the like, that deal with some unpredictable story.
All the best,
Nick

I absolutely love the strange mood in this image!! The sense of standing there in the midle of the road not knowing whether to fight oneīs curiousity, walk away and be safe or step further into this insane scifi world where huge stones or potatoheads can attack you from above! How I wish I could have experienced this firsthand! I see what u mean about the overexposure but the lines donīt make the objects seem less intimidating or appealingly strange. On the contrary such huge objects appear even stranger when being held up by such thin wires. Tuttelut Annemette
