This is excellent - I love the viewpoint, and the way the tourist bus company issues weather protection!
But I'm amazed the UK Nanny State hasn't outlawed open top buses (after all, you might fall off!) or made you wear seatbelts up there (no standing on the upper deck!), like they've outlawed open back buses, eating meat on the bone, smoking in public, changing a lightbulb... OK, end of rant.
