Now I'm totally confused about the 580EX, because you said that it went to a sinc speed of 1/250?
Perhaps I drink too much... LMAO... I did what you said on the forum thing and it's posted!

Actually, this was not fill flash, but a silver reflector on a stand next to me to bounce in my fill light.
