To me it is a bit over saturated. U have spotted nicely and the placement is very good. Very good choice of background as well.

I enjoy how elements in the image are similiar in some ways and contrast in others.
Great colours. Orange and green are complimentary colours (opposite but work very well together.
Nice composition, I enjoy how the leaf parallels the fly. Very similiar lines. Very good use of negative space to balance the foreground with the background.
Tough luck on the depth of field, it was a tricky shot.

Very good shot Atish, once again a nice close up, I love dragonflies...but I never find one at my place... it could be a bit more clear shot I think but not big deal my friend.
