Interesting details in this shot.I heard on the BBC that the centre of Palermo was in a serious condition and this shot seems to bear witness to the situation in the City centre which is more or less as it was after the Allied bombing at the end of the second world war!Apparently,a lot of money has been spent developing tourist complexes around the city.
