Murad, here is the answer to making the background full black. I have a very strong lamp(light) that projects a very strong light. My camera adjusts to the light and focuses on the image... and that makes the background very black. I don't know how to explain it any more than that.

Oh, hell no. No feeling bad for that one. Works way better than water because it stays around for a bit. I read that in your About and thought it was a pretty keen idea. I'm steeling it.

I will admit here, to the world... I cheated a bit. NO! I did not use photoshop or post processing. I rubbed the shell with some light cooking oil to highlight the colors...
I feel so bad......
