Hi Andrzej, One of the great things about photography... you might not get an image of the subject you came for, but there is always plenty of other interesting images to be taken. Great, fine detail on these fiddleheads!
ps Next time you might go prepared for shooting plants and flowers and a big moose will come out of the bush and pose for you :) Andre

I love and look for the apparence in the floral pictures specially if due to the play of the natural lights and shades, as here. But what I like more is the background, great Andrzej! Ciao.

They are hard to shoot at times. Here's one attached that I shot last year May 28th. I saw 7 different ones that day. Guy

Yes, indeed, they do look like a little family in conversation, NJ. A delightful shot...worth getting on your knees.

Nice photo of the Fiddleheads. They are good eating when small like this. You can add them to a salad or fry them in butter. I spend much time in algonquin Park and sorry to here you didn't get any good shots of moose. I usually make a trip up the last weekend in May or the first weekend in June. That's when you see most moose along the HWY 60 corridor. Guy
