I like it the way it is, Joggie. The colour is beautiful and the dewdrops are like tiny beads on a necklace.;)

Thanks so much Shane - the use of a white screen is a valid suggestion, although not very practical in this case since the distance between the background petal and the drops is between 3 and 4cm and I was using the built-in flash that gives a very direct light at this short distance. Furthermore - the greatest challenge here was to get all of the drops in focus due to the very shallow DoF at this high magnification. The background then, especially the flares etc. sort themselves out to a large extent. Kind regards. Joggie

Love the colours. Great capture. I'm not particular with the flare but to each his own. Personally I would have suggested using a white screen to reduce the reflected light coming back into the lens and hopefully removing the flare. I know it could also be done in photoshop but getting the shot right in the camera is the primary objective (IMO). regardless you've got a great image here Joggie .... as always.

A beautiful image with the appearance of a molecular chain of ... pink petals! You still are the master of the drops, Joggie. The composition and the pattern is excellent. The infinite running of petals of all dimentions and in all directions gives to me a feeling of depth. Take care.

Oh my....a misterius world of spheres like planets, fantastic drops on spyder's net and an artistique result that could be easily a work of an artish ...but as usualy the best artish is the mother nature. Fantastic work, and fantastic captured with that background that helps a lot so the frops and most of the net viewed perfectly!!! lol...well I can critique something here, hahaha, well the light flare could be all into the frame and not cutted (nice shape into the composition) lol, ofcaurse kidding, that is not easy, not at all! :-D Thanks a lot for uploading these kinds of artworks and photos, you really gives + to this site!!! Best regards!

Hallo Joggie.I know your work and capabillities very well ,but this is deffinately one of the best that i have seen from your lens.A perfect abstract from nature and in a funky colour too ! Awesome lines, colours and reflections. Also the different sizes of triangles and the almost planned sequens of the drops are just impressive !!
