About Sometimes it´s necessary to withstand pressure and anger with more smiles and more will to live and play because people that only desire to hurt you, stab you in the heart and make you feel unworthy are not the right ones to choose the path for you.

Too often, people forget that we can CHOOSE our emotional state. What a waste of a good day when people CHOOSE to be angry and hurtful.

I wish you the best, Annemette, and hope your joy speeds the healing of those internal scars we all carry.

Annemette - Very clever and visually interesting way to make such a point. Some of us march to the sound of a different drummer -- but so what! Reminds me of the story "The Ugly Duckling".

You always manage to see the poetic angles, Onie. Thank you for your thorough and thoughtful comment.
Indeed we must withstand pressure and bad vibes once in a while. When needing to be strong and leave a loved one because of one´s self slowly being lost, it can be a hard process, maybe lifelong. Cruelty from a loved one is harder to understand and more difficult to deal with than from a stranger. In the end one must choose the light.
Take care:-)

Dear Nicole
THank you very much for your kind comment that made featured critique!
Enjoy your day- here the rain is pouring down which is good for the plants and for little Anna Sophie who jumps in the puddles of water:-)

:))) Mustard fields shining with a single golden light...

The B&W around, opressing the bright light of this single entity... following it's own path to shine...

Your *about* so suits this composition Annemette... The words are very true... There are times in our lives where it is necessary to say NO!... 'This time this is what I choose to do...' We all spend most of our time just going with the flow of what others expect, this is fine, so long as we don't lose our own *self* in the process... Sometimes it is necessary to step up, be yourself, like this golden flower...

I think in the middle suits here, because it is totally surrounded by those wishing to make it conform...

Lovely work again Annemette...:)))

Onie...

Hej Annemette! Fantastisk tolkning av känslor! Den gula blomman är stark nog att stå emot allt det grå och dystra, och centreringen (hmmm ... ;-)) passar mycket bra i det här fallet, tycker jag. Excellent choice of selective colouring!!!

Thank you, Ferdinand. Yes, of course you´re right about the composition. I shouldn´t have left the flower in the immediate middle! Thanks for noticing- I do know the golden rule and the golden line:-)
Be well

Impressive sky and nice grey tones. The lonesome yellow flower is asking for attention. An intresting photo. Maybe one little thing: I should put the yellow flower out of the centre (I still believe in the golden rule: 1/3 ><2/3 of da Vinci ):)

great choice for the single coloured flower! great composition, impressive sky, I think that if you leave clouds in colors that doesen't changes ;-)
