Composition perfect exploring very well the third's rule. You are so glade to had include some blue sky in the composition. This make all the diference. Personaly I like a more satured colors and I think the use of a circular polarizer will help here, but this is a very personal choice, that don't deserve the photo by itself.

Very beautiful, just a little bit dark on foreground. I like the composition but I'm thinking that a square format (cropping on top) would probably work really good too.

Your comment of "Landscapes with a telephoto lens?..." is answered very nicely by your print. You did a fine job of composition. If you think you were 'breaking' some rule by using the long end of your zoom -- this is a great example of using the camera to create rather than being constrained by some 'rule'.
