Nice silhouette. The grain adds to the shot.

Hi Doyle, I can undestand what you are saying, but I think that the grain makes this work much better as a piece of art and less like a photo, I suppose it is all in what you are trying to achieve...

Thank you Chris, I really appreciate your critique. I will take a second look at my cropping and see what it does. thanks again!

Doyle, thank you for taking the time to view my work. I did this originally without any grain and, at least to me, it appeared flat & lifeless. Perhaps I overdid it a little, I will go back and experiment.

Thanks again, Phil

It's working Phil . . . though (IMO) I would avoid the grain (or at least limit it to about 10% fine grain) unless using B&W . . . it strikes me as a bit distracting in this image which I think, otherwise, is wonderfully creative.

Regards,

I really like this, the small amount of light that catches off her stomach revealing that extra little bit of detail is what makes this shot for me. The only thing, I would have liked to have seen the whole of her foot in the shot just to help frame it a tad (but that's me being a pedantic designer!) Brilliant and very nicely executed. 7+++++
