I really like this shot, it's easy to tell this is not an animal in captivity. There's a certain air,an aloofness in the look he gave you. It all goes together very well.

No, I shot in jpeg. The camera setting were off, but not too much (this is what I mean by missing a few cause I shoot in full manual mode). There is no doubt in my mind that he saw me.

The focal clarity and the composition really work here. You shot in RAW? Nice work despite the obvious obstacles you mentioned. Looks like he asw you too!
