I actually had the lens on the D70 to catch some of the Spring flowers so I just tried it out...it seems to produce a slightly warmer result than the 18-135 I usually use....dunno why but I'll take it...Thanks Bill

Excellent capture, Larry! Marvellous those trees showing off their branches in the golden light!The quality of the water is stunning, mirroring the golden light and swallowing the whole atmosphere in its quiet depth! I really love it!!!

Absolutely, bloomin' marvelous Sir...:) A lovely romantic feel with the mist, buildings barely visible, as tho' the White Knight will cross the scene on his sturdy steed... The water flowing down over the holding pond wall and across the rocks, the reflections... Indeed a beautiful visual Sir...:)))

This is a tremendous shot.
First off, the colours: just gold and black and white.
Then the composition: the still water in the foreground, the falls and rocks enclosing a pool of water in the middle, and the branches of the trees above.
And all done with a portrait / macro lens?!

Well Larry you have cerrtainly mastered the golden hues!!! Another particulary beautiful shot particular as the focus diminishes into the misty background!
