Well seen and captured, Yoshiyuki! It's nice to find these little splashes of colour amid the remains of the previous year. I don't know about Japan, but here, early spring can be a dreary time of year with not much colour. Dave.

They look like miniature orchids of some sort, but probably not... Maybe a fungi???... Whatever they are they are very pretty in both colour and structure and look more so because of last years leaves...:)
