I use a Canon 580EX Speedlite(Flash) that enables me to use the higher shutter speed. Check out the Hummingbirds or the other bugs in the portfolios

Soory, but I am just a point and shoot photographer who knows nothing about shutter speeds, so I wouldn't have known by looking. Your portfolio has some pretty amazing images.
