lovely fine definition in this shot great outfit as well.. Wondered.. would I be able to use this image in a powerpoint show I am putting together for the local camera club on Self Portraits. Now that I take a look in the dictionnary I have a second "lightning" on your about... and I can say that the work is nice, it's give a personal style to the picture.

I almost forgot to critique this wonderful capture... Ouch!
1st of all I love the fade to black, colors, sharpness, tones, textures and mood... yep!
My only critique would be, that your ear is cropped off... AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHHHH!

Here is 1 with a main, 1 reflector and no hair light. Works for me everyday all day... It's all about light and not PS, Kid...

Sometimes I don't even use a fill light, just a main and a reflector to get exactly what I want... hehehe... Let alone a hair light, but it's all regarding what effect I really want @ that time and point...
It's all about, what the "Artist" needs, or feels at the time of the shoot... IMHO... ;)

What fills the eyes fills the heart... hmmm... my heart has some odd things therein.
I don't mind the lighting choice. Looks appropriate enough. I am curious about the small greyish plasmatic areas in your background (close to the model mostly). Is that a bi-product of some PS work?
