I was about 60ft from the hydro pole that she was sitting on. The pole is about 60ft tall as well.

Wow, best snowy I've seen in a long time too. Sure looks like you've been getting pretty close to her. Contrasting sky really sets the shot off.
Detail is excellent, and it looks like the 1.4 doesn't degrade the IQ much if at all. Exposure is very good too, all in all great shot Todd.

Wow this is really special, the white against the blue sky is amazing, you have such nice exposure with the whites, I love the half asleep look, This is about the best perched snowy shot i have seen!
