What a great composition! It has much of an abstact and much of a cityscape in those bright colors and great geometric patterns, that seem to be somewhere between ordered and chaotic. This could be on the front page of some magazine about architecture!
Only the reflection of the building at the left is a bit of a hindrance for a "regular" finishing at the border.
Great scene, well seen, and excellently captured!

I am really enjoying your city/glass series. I have one small critique and that is the blue line u used in your frame. It makes the frame as strong visually as your image which lessens the over all power and impact of the photo somewhat. If the stripe was a grayed or muted color it would not be grabbing my eye away from the central focus and then still acting as a visual support in the end.
