Is a good idea, thanks! I will try soon a fish skin! I believe, everything is interesting at microscope. I try once to see an entire small baby fish (I use to raise fish in an aquarium in the past). It looks like human embryos in their first day after conception. But this is a fact that everybody knows! But, yes, fish skin, and fresh, without any histological special technique, must be interesting. So the reptilian skin (as a texture) but this kind of skin, eventually with a great luck, to find it in nature.

So meat it is...did you put this under your microscope, would love to see the structure and of fish too:) Although I know you dont eat it, the skin seems quite interesting to me, did you try? Do you cook yourself? You said I could ask questions:)) Hope you can appreciate my bit sense of humour...xxJen

I prefer meat in all conditioning forms, pork especially, and sausages in special. Exotic foods are welcome but not from sea. I have a psychological problem with sea food and I avoid this source of pleasure :).

So, then tell me what is your favourite food;) I'm a good cook to say so..loll But I do understund that with your job, you must be used to something in life...not too lose your appetite! Bon appetit;) xx Jen

I'm a great eater (gourmand) so for such small and insignificant details I will not loose my appetite! :) I like garlic also!
