Yes, the cam was handheld, i had to constantly manouvre around the lavender bush to follow these incredibly fast insects ..

Excellent capture PEter! I can see how you'll need to do a shutter priority here. Dragon flies would be good in-flight subjects as well.

Wow- what a shot! Amazing to see this little fellow with this specail peek that can bend whereas some other colibries/hummingbirds have straight peeks depending on the depth and angle of the various flowers.
