Wow! Intense Red or what!!
Filling the frame with this bold colour has paid huge dividends Shirley.
The touches of yellow help to break up the solid wall of red perfectly.
Good eye to spot this.

Yes Shirley, usually from this tipe of subject it does not come out nice pictures, usually. But you make always exception and this is a beautiful photo, for me. You was clever with the very low contrast in the wide red opposite to the very sharp enhancing of the yellow threads.

Well, I do love it. It's a challenge to make a pattern composition such as this one. The axis of the light, as well as the contrast between make this quite fascinating, like an embroidery.
