Thanks for that, Jim. I feel you 'get' what I'm trying to express with my photographs, which is a most unusual sensation for me. I take photographs for myself... it keeps me sane in a world I don't feel I understand... if other people like them then that's a bonus.

Man you are a kindred spirit. I am not much about B/W or photo manipulation...but I know what you mean when ya say you try and capture a moment. It could be a brilliant moment... or silliness or just "a moment in life" and yes... there is beauty in all of it. This pic of yours is wonderful. I have long since passed the point of posting to impresss. I now post just because I want/like to. A few, a very few, understand what is going on in my world. Images, objects... moments...
