I would like to differ in my opinion [and maybe pick up a harsh glances from a few :( ].
framing ta amaar motey bhishon tight hoye gaychey. ektu headroom diley money hoy bhalo hoto. That apart, high lights/contrast khub besi. Sidelighting -er jonno eye area ta beshi dark hoyegaychhey. fill flash, please! chhoto reflector-o khub helpful.
