Nice colours of these Japanese lanterns- it looks like them anyway. Still I would have chosen another angle having the seeds in focus and no branch to disturb the photo.

Yes, Andre, some other angle or a greater DoF (or a combination of both) would help a lot, I guess. I have to try this one again!

Hi Nick,
I agree the colours are good. That shade of red with the frost really works well with that background. I can't say I'm real crazy about the blurred stem on top either. Maybe if the image was taken from a different angle?
