I like this portrait a lot, because of the intense eyes, the tight crop and good skin detail and tone. I disagree with Pat (sorry). I'd leave this just as it is. I've never seen the point of softening skin and removing blemishes, I like to see people as they are.

Terrific portrait. very good detail and nice tight composition. very sharp eyes. I ight have used a slight amount of surface blure to soften the skin and peraps removed the blemish on her cheek. None te less, a very nice portrait.
