About	She still bakes for 5… For 5. Her, me, Mike, Nathan and Eli. It has been 8 years since Mike has been at our table on an every-day basis. 5 years for Nathan and 2 for Eli… still… I saw this as I was about to go to bed. Tonight MM made cornbread from scratch. It was great. Hot from the oven, baked in a cast-iron skillet… slavered with real butter… man… it was good… But, we only ate 2 and a half pieces. She still bakes for 5. When does that end? When will she adjust and make it right? It is just a waste of food. There are none to partake… I had my piece, she had her's (and picked at another, so it seems) and there are 5 left… to… be thrown out. Just something I saw from the edge of my eye as I walked the house and turned the lights off. When will she stop and bake for 2... I don't mind, really... just wondering...

What a wonderful thought about how our lives change, but our habits don't.

This is wonderfully lit. Always a good idea to light food at an angle opposing the camera, as it reveals the most texture. You sure did that here, Jim.

Oh no! When ya trip over the Pond, I am sure MM will bake fresh! Let's see... MM, me, You and LL... that means MM will bake about 35 pieces....

well save some in the freezer for us when we come over the pond.. so there another two bits..then well over here theres always the birds to feed
