Oh well this island is situated on the westcoast of Africa and there are desertareas, cactus, palmtrees, bananaplantations, and also these pines in the mountains:-)

Have to agree with Michele . . . we have Canary Islands here in the Carribean Sea . . . tropical and not Spain (to my knowledge) . . . but what a cool shot!

Beautiful image Annemette....you've caught the mist so well and it adds drama to the hieght of the trees... I like this image very much. Hard to beleive it's the Canary islands altho I've not been there, I thought they were more tropical ...(?) Guess not !
