This is certainly a great picture than the one you posted today. Love the gray tones and gradiation in the picture. Lovely lighting... One nit pick on the composition/cropping though... The eyes seem to be more at the center of the frame which is considered as static composition, if you had included the shoulders and pushed the eye level little upper this would have been great. This is just my opinion based on what i learned and observed.

Black and white has done wonders for this picture. The strategic lighting enhances it even more. A good all round portrait of a very good looking star!
