It is always difficult to decide between the options we leave ourselves but for me both studies look good. I love the rich tones and the great detailing you have here and as another has written there is an abstract look about it whilst still retaining it's floral identity. Oh My Pradnya !! I do beleive this is a rare beauty ! The color is so unique , and the light, & detail and crop are perfect IMO !

My preference for the cropped version is only in that it is a little more on the abstract side whilst everyone can still see that it is a flower! :)
