response to Puey.. the image was of a very high resolution, but it was larger than the required size, and i lost some resolution as i reduced the file size while saving JPG with lower quality..settings..

Response to Shane's question as how did i meter for this shot?
Answer: I chose bulb mode by setting very small aperture. I think the aperture was f22, and selected bulb mode exposure. I had a mechanical cable to depress the shutter as long as i wanted.. As the exposure was going on which i think is at least over a minute.. the way i did it, was to monitor cars going over and coming across the entire frame.. and waited for enough cars/vehicles to go back and forth..
