This is a wonderful b&w and even if she was posing she looks very natural and spontaneous.

The image reminds me of Annie Leibovitz's shot of Demi Moore for Vanity Fair back in the 90's if I'm correct. Anyway nice capture here Shirley, just an opinion, I'd increase the contrast a little more & revealing the other leg would make the pose much improved. In this case I'd situate an object for her right leg to step on & that in turn would show the other leg, otherwise again nice capture Shirley.
