About	My favorite building in Japan. The Tokyo International Forum was designed by Rafael Vinoly Architects of New York, Charles Blomberg being the project Architect. This is the exterior taken from the outdoor garden area between some of the buildings in this complex. the walkway above goes through the main hall (seen in my interior shot) and through to one of the other buildings. This is a popular spot for artists of all types, on a good day as you walk through this outdoor area you will see painters aad photographers all doing their thing.
