Hello Luis, sorry I won't share the opinion of previous criticers. Although I have nothing against head crops (on the contrary), I really don't thnk your composition is working here. Seems like if he was leaving the room and suddenly remembered he had forgotten something behind. The crop seems unnatural, like if you had actually taken your photograph two seconds too late (or too early). Half an eye, half a nose, you have, imho, just half a photograph. As for the journalistic value of this, perhaps a photographer's comment in the "about" would have helped. Otherwise, we learn nothing about him, not even your view on the subject, which makes me think he could just be another kid anywhere in south america. Hope this doesn't sound too harsh.
