I truely feel this young girl you are raising will rule the world one day if she wanted to !!! ( personally I wouldn't want to )
I mean to compliment your teaching her so many smart and natural things that will give her more opportunities and she will have the most confidence that there will be nothing she can not do ..... kinda like her Mom !

Oh, she already does:-) I let her borrow my camera, and she caught on to it right away - also how to look at the photos afterwards.:-) She takes some fascinating shots:-)))Very abstract! :-)
Of course I worry a bit about dirty fingers on the lens or if she might lose it, but rather than worrying too much, I want to give her the opportunity to discover the world also by means of a camera. Showing confidence in her is way better than doubting her.

Interesting shot, Annemette. I think that a bit shorter exposition and thus enhancing the shadows would add even more.
Such photos live not that much from light, but rather from the shadows that allow our eyes to recognize forms. But perhaps also I too biased towards strong froms and great contrasts.
