Hey Karen:
Your looking great today. Just thought I'ld mention in passing!
I think you should have keeped your subject's elbow in the frame. I like the lighting, and the pose. Excellent eye contact here. I have always liked your work anyway, so I'm prejudgist! (but not so hot at spelling!)

Nice attractive portrait with a good soft light/focus. The composition leaves me wondering if the subjects hair is the main subject since the face is nearly centered. Perhaps I'm looking at it wrong for some reason. Seems like everything should shift to the right. I think I would like the composition much better if just less than 1/4 of the frame were cropped on the right and get more of the subject on the left. Yes, maybe I would have curved the fore finger just a bit more...

Beautiful soft tones. Nice pose. Was wondering how you post these, do you scan the negative or a print? Don.

Beautiful lighting and tonality. The hand position with the thumb and forefinger strikes me as ever so slightly awkward but that's my only nit.
