I was taking pictures in Laurelhurst Park in Portland, Or. for my photography/darkroom class and it was about light and how it looks in different situations. I saw this railing and thought how awesome it looked so I had to get a picture of it. Don't complain if the print is bad, this is my first attempt at developing and printing myself, and i did not crop it, but I used PS a little to lighten the scan and make it as close to the print as I could, I would love any input you might have, so please tell me what you think.
Did you try a low key print of this as well? I'm not sure but it might work better? Also cropping out the left side so that there is just the very bottom of the railing uprights, I think improves the composition.
