Color adds a great deal to this photo.
As someone already commented, you use color sparingly, but when you do, it's in place.

You are not regular with posting color photographs but when you, the quality of your color ones remain as powerful as your B/W images.
This is a wonderful image of photo Journalism here and with very great exposure, details and so pleasant to view.
